• Ability for Settlement, Orientation and employee evaluation
• Performance management and improvement systems
• Company employee and community communication
• Independent and proactive
• Awareness of staff requirement
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business administration/Human resource or related filed
• At least 3 years’ experience in related position
• Good documentation Skill
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and management skill
• Understanding on IT and Business Application
