Responsibilities
- Add Job Posting and find IT Human Resource Candidate from Well-Known SNS Platform ( Facebook , Linked-In, Other )
- Add Job Posting and Find IT Human Resource Candidate from Job-Net and Other Job Site
- Conduct day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Requirements
- Experience in IT Company ( as Admin / HR / Consultant ) at least 2 Years
- Understand IT Staff’s Type and Requirement ( Business Analyst, SW Developer, QA, Project Manager and Etc )
- English Communication is Plus
- Proven experience as an HR officer or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
